This spacious coastal retreat offers a peaceful getaway with breathtaking ocean views from both levels and is ideal for families, groups, or anyone looking to relax in a serene environment. While there are neighbors on both sides, the house itself offers plenty of private space for you to enjoy.
About the Space:
- Private Ground Floor with 4 Bedrooms: The lower level of this home features four cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with both a bath and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Step outside onto the large balcony and soak in the panoramic ocean views.
- Expansive Upper-Level Master Retreat: The upper level boasts a huge bedroom/second lounge, the size of four standard bedrooms combined, with its own ensuite bathroom. This room is a perfect space to relax in privacy while enjoying stunning views from the private balcony.
- Entertainment: The basement level features a spacious garage with a full-sized snooker table, perfect for those looking to unwind with a game of snooker or pool.
- Private Use of the Entire Home: The home is entirely yours to enjoy, with no shared spaces inside, providing a relaxing and comfortable stay.
- Outdoor Living: Both the upper and lower levels have balconies facing the ocean, offering uninterrupted views and the perfect spots for morning coffee or evening sunsets.
About Us
Family of nine. We feel privileged to share our holiday home—our special getaway on the Karikari Peninsula—with guests from around the world. Although we visit for family breaks, we don’t live here full-time, so you’ll have the entire place to yourself during your stay.
